Fund My Case puts its own capital behind commercial claims and is repaid only out of what is recovered. That single fact shapes every job here: the work is to read a dispute honestly, decide what it is really worth, and say no when the answer is no. If you would rather be right than agreeable, this is a reasonable place to spend a few years.

What happens after you apply
Four stages, and no silence at the end of any of them.

Apply
A short conversation rather than a form. Roughly five minutes, and you can stop and come back.

We read it
A person reads every application. The assistant summarises; it does not decide anything.

A real conversation
If it looks like a fit, you talk to the people you would actually work with, about work you have actually done.

A decision, either way
You hear back whether the answer is yes or no. Being left guessing is not a hiring process.

Every view is written down
Assessments are written, circulated and argued with before capital moves. If you cannot put a position on one page, it is not a position yet.
You will be wrong in public
Claims we declined get revisited, and so do the ones we funded. The point is calibration, not blame, but the record is open.
Small team, whole files
Nobody here owns a slice of a process. You take a matter from intake through to the committee note, and you answer for it.
Recovery is the scoreboard
A clever legal argument that never converts into money in the hands of the claimant is a loss. We measure what came back, and when.
